Chrono24 Buyer Protection provides complete security for your payment. If you buy from a professional dealer, we hold the purchase amount in our escrow account for 14 days after you have received your watch. That way, your money is safe and secure until you're fully satisfied with the watch. Only then do we send the money to the dealer. If you’re not satisfied, you can exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return your watch to the dealer within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If you purchased your watch from a private seller, we hold the purchase amount in our escrow account for 7 days after you have received your watch. Please note, however, that there is no legal right of withdrawal when purchasing from a private seller.

With the Professional package, Chrono24 offers you a tailor-made solution that automatically adapts to your needs. Professional packages are available in a range of sizes based on the number of active listings you have, and can be automatically adjusted to meet your business needs over time.
At the end of each month, we calculate your average number of active listings over the last 30 days and use your highest daily number of active listings to determine the right package size. This average forms the basis for any potential adjustments to your package size. If your average number of active listings exceeds the limit of the package you've booked by more than 10% for two consecutive months, we will adjust the package size to better match your average number of active listings. If your average number of active listings falls within the range of a smaller package size for two consecutive months, we will automatically switch you to a package size that matches your number of active listings.
