To order a watch, click on the green "Buy" button on the listing page. If you haven't done so already, you will be asked to log in or create a user account. You can then enter your shipping address. Under "Cost Summary," you will find the total price of your order, including shipping costs. Please note that this price does not include potential customs duties or import taxes.

Note: Please review your country's import regulations with the relevant customs authority before placing an international order.

You can pay for your new watch with the following payment methods:

  • Payment via the Free Escrow Service

    You can pay your money into an escrow account, where it will be kept safe until your watch is in your hands. You can do so using either a credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or a bank transfer. The Chrono24 team is always ready to assist you and to make sure your purchase goes as smoothly as possible.

    Once you have entered your shipping address, read and accept the general terms and conditions, and click "Submit order" to complete the transaction.

  • Pay the seller directly

    With this option, you forego Chrono24's free Trusted Checkout service. You will transfer the purchase price directly to the seller. Payment via credit card is not possible.

    Once you have entered your shipping address, read and accept the general terms and conditions, and click "Submit order." Once the seller has processed your order, you will receive the payment information via email. After your payment has been received, the seller will ship the item.

  • Ordering from a private seller

    If you wish to purchase from a private seller, the escrow account service on Chrono24 is your safest option. You transfer your payment into an escrow account, where it is kept safe until you have the watch in your hands.

Once the seller has processed your order, you will receive payment information via email. As soon as payment has been received, the seller will send you the item.

To change the shipping address, please click on "Contact Chrono24" and send us a message that includes the new address in full. We'll take care of the rest.

Please note that you will receive a notification from our system within a few minutes of paying via credit card. If you don't receive confirmation of payment or are sent an error message, it may be for one of the following reasons:

1. Your credit card isn't registered for 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode). Please contact your bank if this is the case.

2. You've exceeded your credit limit. You can increase your limit at any time by contacting your credit card provider.
